Preview! 

The software is available as a preview version . There are still limitations in terms of functionality and quality. We are continuously working on further development.

New functions

  • The profile settings for softphone lines are now also taken into account in the ProCall App for Web.

Improvements

  • The call windows have been optimized in terms of usability, accessibility, and design.
  • The user guidance for multiple simultaneous active calls has been revised.
  • The design and operation of the main menu have been adjusted for better usability.
  • The configuration area of the journal has been revised to ensure better and more intuitive usability.
  • The multi-selection for journal entries is no longer available for public calls.
  • The reconnect behavior (with expired user tokens) has been improved.
  • Accessibility:
    • The call windows are now accessible.
    • The "Calls" area is now accessible.
    • The contact details in the "Calls" area are now accessible.
    • The "Information" area is now accessible.
    • The main menu has been adjusted according to accessibility criteria.
    • The contact details in the "Journal" area are now accessible.
    • The settings area of the journal is now accessible.
    • The presence tooltip is now reachable for the screen reader.
    • All dialog windows are now accessible.

Bug fixes

  • The speaker selection in the call window in Firefox now works as expected again.
  • Snackbars are displayed as expected again.

As the ProCall App for Web is under continuous development, unannounced changes are possible.
Ongoing softphone calls or audio/video chats may be interrupted if you update the app during a call.
Even when closing or reloading the browser tab in which the ProCall app for Web is displayed, ongoing calls are terminated.


Please note that the appearance and the options for use/setup may vary depending on the browser variant used.
