Preview!
The software is available as a preview version . There are still limitations in terms of functionality and quality. We are continuously working on further development.
Improvements
- A busy signal is now played for softphone calls if the line is busy.
- Local phone numbers are now interpreted correctly even without an area code.
- When using a password manager, the user name and password are now saved correctly and inserted automatically.
- The manually selected default line is now saved both after a reload of the application and after a new login.
- The usability for editing the group name of a group chat has been improved.
- The presence icons and the presence tooltips have been adapted for better readability.
Accessibility
- The chat area is now accessible.
- The footer on the login page can now be operated using the keyboard and is optimized for screen readers.
- Links and telephone numbers have been made accessible.
Bug fixes
Under certain circumstances, the first few seconds of an initialized SIP call were not transmitted. The problem has been fixed.
- The presence of all participants in a group chat is displayed correctly, even if no chat message has ever been exchanged with this participant.
- The content of a chat message can now be copied again as usual using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C.
- The preferred line is now selected by default. If no line is selected for any reason, a call is no longer possible.
- Your own numbers are no longer available for selection in the contact selection for a query or when forwarding.
- Files that have been shared multiple times in a group chat now only appear once in the media gallery of the group chat.
- The search results in the journal now also take the selected filters into account.
- Common formatting of phone numbers such as () - / and spaces are now correctly ignored.
- Changing your own note is now possible again.
As the ProCall App for Web is under continuous development, unannounced changes are possible.
Ongoing softphone calls or audio/video chats may be interrupted if you update the app during a call.
Even when closing or reloading the browser tab in which the ProCall app for Web is displayed, ongoing calls are terminated.
Please note that the appearance and the options for use/setup may vary depending on the browser variant used.
