Preview! 

The software is available as a preview version . There are still limitations in terms of functionality and quality. We are continuously working on further development.

New functions

  • Available TAPI lines are displayed to the user and TAPI calls can be controlled via the application. The usual telephony functions such as forwarding, consultation and toggling are available.

Improvements

  • Different output devices for phone calls and ringtones can now be selected in the settings for devices.
  • The time period for the content of log files can now be restricted before downloading to minimize the file size.
  • In the contact search, you can now also search for contacts in the connected contact database by entering a telephone number.
  • The counter in the status bar now also contains unread journal entries.
  • All context menus have been revised and standardized for an intuitive user experience.
  • Improvement of accessibility and user experience by
    • adjustment of meaningful description texts and graphics
    • adjustment of color and contrast in all user lists 
    • adjustment of color and contrast of icons for presence 
    • adjustment of color and contrast in segmentation buttons 
    • implementation of keyboard control in parts of the application
    • improved hints in the contact search

Bug fixes

  • The call list in the communication area is now complete again.

As the ProCall App for Web is under continuous development, unannounced changes are possible.
Ongoing softphone calls or audio/video chats may be interrupted if you update the app during a call.
Even when closing or reloading the browser tab in which the ProCall app for Web is displayed, ongoing calls are terminated.


Please note that the appearance and the options for use/setup may vary depending on the browser variant used.
