Observation
Calls that have been redirected are not displayed in the journal or analyzed in ProCall Analytics for the original target party.
Possible reason
It is typical that in the case of diverted calls, the call is not signaled to the original recipient. ProCall Enterprise cannot recognize the call and therefore does not generate a journal entry. As a result, ProCall Analytics cannot evaluate the data either.
Checking possible causes
With the TAPI Test Tool "Ephone" it is possible to check if a redirected call is signaled to the original target party (check only for TAPI lines).
Workaround
Call forwarding after time signals the call to the original destination party. Even if this signaling is only very short, ProCall still writes a journal entry.
