Remote Office with ProCall Enterprise for Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise


When Remote Office is enabled, my Remote Office number is called on outgoing calls but nothing happens.

The calls to my Remote Office number and to the external number I wanted to call are not connected together.

Possible cause

One or more MultiLine keys are configured on the phone where Remote Office is to be used.

No consultation, transfer or conference can be established if several MultiLine keys are configured.

Checking possible causes

For testing the Remote Office functionality please use the following article:

If the call is not forwarded when the "Transfer" button is pressed in the test and nothing happens, this is not supported by the TC system in the current state.

Check in the telephone system whether MultiLine keys are configured.


Contact the responsible Alcatel-Lucent PBX support person to assist in finding a solution.

If necessary, the MultiLine keys must be deactivated.
