When using ProCall Mobile for iOS, no acoustic signaling appears for incoming calls on the softphone line and the native telephony app (CallKit) does not open. In some cases, the ProCall app crashes.
ProCall Mobile Apps for iOS from version 7.0.1 in combination with UCServer version 6.4.7.2982 or older are affected by the error.
Possible reason
Changes to the way push notifications work can lead to the error pattern described above. It is strongly recommended to use a ProCall Enterprise version 6.4.8.3072 or higher in a softphone environment.
Procedure
Update the UCServer to version 6.4.8.3072 or later. You can find the latest ProCall version in our download area.
