ProCall 8 Enterprise

The information on presence profiles in this article does not currently correspond entirely to the current product design.

Presence profiles are no longer stored exclusively in the Windows profile file (%appdata%\estos\ProCall 8\presenceprofiles.xml), but are also stored in the database connected to the UCServer.

Therefore, it is not recommended at this time to specify presence profiles purely for administrative purposes unless you have sufficient knowledge of the database operations required to do so. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact the support team responsible for estos ProCall Enterprise.

Presence profiles

The presence profiles are stored locally for each user on the client PC in the presenceprofiles.xml file. This is located under %appdata%\estos\ProCall 8.

A real administrative default, similar to the user actions, which cannot be changed by the user and is additionally offered, is not possible here.

A configuration can be made on a client and then the above file can be rolled out on the network for each user. However, this would overwrite locally already made adjustments. The changes are available there after a restart of the client.
