If a Sophos UTM 9 is in use and a release is made for *.ucconnect.de, it could be that the setup wizard still shows "connection error" and ProCall 8 Enterprise cannot be installed.
Solution/procedure
On Sophos, the "Authentication" must be skipped for this share, otherwise the internal WebProxy of Sophos will reject the requests towards UCConnect.
