This article explains how to create a memory image of a ProCall client and make it available for error analysis.

This is used to analyze problems in the ProCall client when it stops responding but is still in storage.

Procedure

for Microsoft Windows 64 Bit and ProCall 32 Bit

  1. Please execute the file C:\Windows\SysWOW64\taskmgr.exe and navigate to the "Details" tab. Here you will find the process "ECtiClient.exe".
  2. Right-click on the process and select "Create image file". In the following, a DUMP file is written. 

for Microsoft Windows 32 Bit and ProCall 32 Bit

  1. Open the Task Manager (by right-clicking on the taskbar) and navigate to the "Details" tab. Here you find the process "ECtiClient.exe".
  2. Right-click on the process and select "Create image file". In the following, a DUMP file is written.
