Observation

During a phone call, a contact deactivated in the user administration is displayed as the call partner.

If a user is deactivated in the UCServer user administration,

as expected, the contact cannot be found using the name search in the ProCall Enterprise client.


During a telephone call, however, this inactive contact is displayed as the call partner if the signaled telephone number corresponds to a telephone number assigned to the inactive contact.

Even if the Search on call option is deactivated in the ProCall user data source,

The phone number is resolved according to the name of the inactive user.

Possible cause

If the phone number cannot be found in any activated data source during a call, inactive contacts in the user administration are also used for the phone number resolution.

Possible solution

The phone number should be resolvable via a data source configured in the ProCall Enterprise client.
