Observation

As a reseller, I cannot add a ProCall Business license to the customer's UCConnect account.

Possible reason

  • You are not logged in to the UCConnect portal with a retailer account retailer account.
  • A license of the Enterprise products (ProCall Mobility Services or ProCall Meetings) has already been entered in the server account you want to use.
  • The customer account does not have a UCConnect account set up, but it is necessary.
