Preview! 

The software is available as a preview version . There are still limitations in terms of functionality and quality. We are continuously working on further development.

New functions

  • Services / user authorizations : In the UCServer administration, authorizations for services (e.g. start chat, share content, softphone,...) can be set individually . This can be applied specifically to individual users, groups or globally for all users. These settings are now also taken into account in the app for Web.

Improvements

  •  The login pages have been improved in terms of user experience and accessibility. Registration now takes place in two steps.
     
  • The settings page for devices has been redesigned for accessibility.



  • Improved accessibility and user experience: Descriptive texts, graphics, colors, contrasts, optimization for screen readers and keyboard control options have been revised within the application to further improve accessibility in accordance with BITV 2.0. These measures ensure that all users, regardless of their individual needs, can make optimal use of the communication platform.

Bug fixes

  • The search results in the journal now take into account the extended filter options.
  • Local phone numbers are now recognized correctly even without a prefix.
  • Your own note can now be edited and saved again.

As the ProCall App for Web is under continuous development, unannounced changes are possible.
Ongoing softphone calls or audio/video chats may be interrupted if you update the app during a call.
Even when closing or reloading the browser tab in which the ProCall app for Web is displayed, ongoing calls are terminated.


Please note that the appearance and the options for use/setup may vary depending on the browser variant used.
