Observation
When a new chat message arrives, no ProCall speech bubble appears in the taskbar 
, even though this text message is visible in the ProCall Journal under "UNPROCESSED".
Possible causes
- In the ProCall Client settings under General – Behaviour, the option "Show speech bubble for new chats" is not enabled.
- The chat view (in the ‘CHAT’ tab) in the ProCall main window is open.
In this case, the chat speech bubble is only displayed in the taskbar for around 2 seconds before it disappears. - An application has been launched in ifull-screen mode on the PC screen.
