Own presence status not recognisable to others

ProCall allows you to set your presence status so that it is not recognisable to other users.
This means that others cannot see whether you are logged in, busy or on a call.

ProCall offers the presence status "Appear as offline" function for this purpose.
This status ensures that users can be logged in and active, but that their presence status appears as "Offline" to other users.

Even if you have set your presence status to "Appear as offline", you can still use all ProCall functions in this status (e.g. making calls, being called, chatting).

How can I activate my presence status "Appear as offline"?

You can select the status manually in ProCall WebProCall Desktop for Windows or ProCall Mobile; it does not change automatically.
As soon as you select a different presence status or go to "Reset status", the presence status "Appear as offline" is no longer active.

In ProCall Web

  • mouse click left on your own presence symbol - Presence - Select "Appear as offline"

The "Offline" presence status is then also displayed for ProCall for Microsoft Teams.
