In ProCall Enterprise Client you have the option of automating your call forwarding.

Setting up events and actions for setting/deleting call forwarding

 A redirection profile can be set or removed automatically based on certain actions or events , e.g. starting up the PC, switching off the PC. e.g. booting up the PC, switching off the PC.

The following actions or events allow you to control the redirection profiles:

  • After logging on to the server
  • When logging off the server
  • On appointment (busy)
  • By appointment (absent)

Implementation

You can set up the actions in the ProCall Enterprise Client under Settings > General > Actions for specific events.
