In order to install the estos UCServer as the basic building block for LiveChat, a Microsoft Windows host with the following hardware and system requirements must be provided.

The following requirements apply to an average installation with 50 users.

  • Operating system Microsoft Windows Server from 2012
  • CPU: 4 cores
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Hard disk: 10 GB
