Bug fixes/improvements

Registration/login via Microsoft Entra ID

• Registration/login via Microsoft Entra ID to ProCall NEX is supported by ProCall Client for Windows, ProCall App for Web (Preview), ProCall Mobile Apps (for Android and iOS), ProCall Meetings and ProCall App for Microsoft Teams.
  

ProCall NEX Server administration

• An error has been fixed that no connection to the ProCall NEX instance could be established when the ProCall NEX server administrator connected if the check mark for "Remember password" was not set.

• The ProCall NEX Server administration now supports the language selection German and English.

ProCall Client for Windows 

• An incorrect behavior in connection with the microphone level on the ProCall Client for Windows has been fixed.
• The presence of all participants in a group chat is displayed correctly, even if no chat message has ever been exchanged with this participant.
• The content of a chat message can now be copied again as usual using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C.
• It is once again possible to dial the phone number of a remote contact via the context menu in the chat.
• The chat history can now be deleted permanently and without errors. In addition, the function has been reduced to the single option "Delete chat". If the chat is deleted, the chat disappears from the list.

ProCall Voice Services

• If the voice mailbox was deactivated when a user was activated, it was still assigned to the user. This problem has been fixed.

• The users not activated during the initial setup are now output so that the list can be copied.
• When the initial setup is started, the users are checked for duplicate phone numbers and these can also be copied.

• The assignment of the phone numbers to the users was deleted due to incorrect timing of the synchronization.

• Call forwarding set on a SIP line was set in the telephone system and the UCServer. This resulted in a "loop" for group subscribers.

ProCall Mobile App for Android and iOS

• Registration/login via Microsoft Entra ID to ProCall NEX is now possible with ProCall Mobile Apps (for Android and iOS).

ProCall App for Microsoft Teams

• Description texts in the ProCall app for Microsoft Teams have been improved.

For the full range of functions, please upload the ProCall manifest file "AppManifest.zip" by the administrator in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center and install it in the latest ProCall app for Microsoft Teams from the cloud.

Known problems and restrictions

• The connection via the ProCall NEX server administration can only be established if the "Remember password" checkbox is checked. SOLVED (12.12.2024) 
• Logging in and out of call groups does not work sporadically.
