Improvements and bug fixes

• For the ‘dialable’ number format, the internal numbers are displayed in abbreviated form in individually created LDAP nodes.

• The MetaServer taskbar icon and context menu work again when the program is launched interactively.
• Login behaviour for LDAP using GSS-SPNEGO and NTLM has been improved.
