ProCall Voice Services system requirements

ProCall 8 Enterprise Version 8.1
ProCall 7 Enterprise Version 7.7.0, (End-of-Life since December 31, 2024)

ProCall Voice Services are an add-on to ProCall Enterprise.

Internet connection and port sharing

When using ProCall Voice Services, a permanent and stable internet connection from estos UCServer to estos UCConnect is required.

The following connections must be possible:

Connection to the UCConnect portal: UCServer

For softphone functionality, the UCServer must be able to register with the PBX via SIP.
