Call number/line

By default, the phone number assigned to the end device/softphone (on the user object) is signaled to the remote station during an outgoing call.

If several end devices (and thus phone numbers) are assigned to a user, the phone number that the user has activated as "default" on ProCall client is signaled.

Activate signaling and enter call number at user

CLIP No Screening can be activated in the UCServer administration under Voice ServicesSignaling.

If the "Signaling" option is activated, a phone number can be entered for each user, which is signaled to the remote station for outgoing calls.
The phone number entered here is signaled externally for all outgoing calls, regardless of whether the call is made with an assigned end device or via softphone.

Changes can only be made administratively.
Users cannot change call number or signaling themselves.

Add new entry

Click "Add" to generate a new entry and select the desired user.

In the second column, enter the phone number in +49 format (without spaces) that is to be signaled to the remote station for an outgoing call.

By "Apply", the settings are saved in the telephone system and are immediately valid.

Please observe the legal requirements for the transmission of telephone numbers in the public telephone network and thus for CLIP No Screening.
For example, you must have the right of use for the telephone numbers that you transmit.
Only domestic numbers may be transmitted, not foreign numbers.

Certain services are excluded from CLIP No Screening. CLIP No Screening may not apply to emergency calls.
