Report a problem
To report a problem, please follow these steps:
Select and then to report a problem.
To see the version information, by clicking on the info button "About ProCall Meetings".
- Without an answer
- Fill in the description as precisely as possible. When was which action performed (e.g. button XY pressed), what happened as a result and what you expected to happen.
- Check if the correct session for which you want to report a problem is selected in the drop-down menu.
- The checkmark is set at "Provide log files".
- Click on send.
- This data is evaluated and incorporated into general improvements to the product
- With an answer via our ticket system
- The description does not need to be filled in. Please provide us with information about the error in a ticket (https://jira.estos.de/servicedesk) with as detailed a description as possible.
- Check if the correct session for which you want to report a problem is selected in the drop-down menu
- The checkmark is set at "Provide log files".
- Click the icon to the right of "Provide log files" to download the files to your computer.
- With these files and the exact description, you create a ticket with us (https://jira.estos.de/servicedesk).
