Via Report problem you can send feedback to the manufacturer estos.

After a problem has occurred, proceed as follows:

In the meeting room

Please go to the bottom right on the three dots   and on the selection "Info (I)". In this window, you can see version information and open the window for giving us feedback by clicking on "Report problem".

Please click on "About" in the bottom right corner. In this window, you can see version information and open the window for giving us feedback by clicking on "Report problem".

  1. Without an answer
    1. Fill in the description as precisely as possible. When was which action performed (e.g. button XY pressed), what happened as a result and what you expected to happen.
    2. Check if the correct session for which you want to report a problem is selected in the drop-down menu.
    3. The checkmark is set at "Provide log files".
    4. Click on send.
    5. This data is evaluated and incorporated into general improvements to the product
  2. With an answer via our ticket system
    1. The description does not need to be filled in. Please provide us with information about the error in a ticket (https://helpdesk.estos.de/Tickets/Submit) with as detailed a description as possible.
    2. Check if the correct session for which you want to report a problem is selected in the drop-down menu
    3. The checkmark is set at "Provide log files".
    4. Click the icon to the right of "Provide log files" to download the files to your computer.
    5. With these files and the exact description, you create a ticket with us (https://helpdesk.estos.de/Tickets/Submit).
