This article explains how to integrate CTI feature codes into your ProCall client to control your phones for setting/cancelling call forwarding.

Create function keys

In ProCall client Favorites

Setting call forwarding

  • To set call forwarding, create a function key by clicking the right mouse button to "Add a key" and enter the call forwarding name (e.g. "Call forwarding 123→456")
  • then enter the CTI feature code under Phone number (e.g. *5821123456#).

Cancelling call forwarding

  • To cancel call forwarding, create a function key and enter a name for it (e.g. "Delete call forwarding 123->456")
  • then enter the CTI feature code under Phone number (e.g. *5820123456#).

In some PBX/telephone systems, the function keys on the telephone, whose connection number is configured in the ProCall client via CTI feature codes, can be reached via "Back?".

Otherwise, the phone will not accept any further CTI calls, which is then also displayed in the ProCall client.
