If a Microsoft Active Directory is used as the user database, the problem occurs that the error 0x00000001 is displayed when changing user or group settings.
This error message is an LDAP error message and means that saving to the AD attributes used by ProCall is not possible.
The affected AD user is the one specified in the UCServer administration under the "User database" item.
Checking possible causes
Please check if the read/write access to the required AD attributes is given.
