Observation
If a name is transmitted with the address in the SIP header, it is not taken into account in the call window of the ProCall client.
Possible SIP headers with name specification are:
- From
- Diversion
- P-Asserted-Identity
Functionality
Currently, ProCall client only considers the set (contact) data sources to determine the name based on the phone number.
Name specifications in the SIP header are currently not taken into account.
Supplement
The transfer of caller names via TAPI/CSTA (to a phone number) is not supported.
