ProCall 8 Enterprise from 8.1 to <8.1.1.7387

Observation

In the morning or from shortly after 00:02 clients can no longer log on to the UCServer.

In ProCall client for Windows the message appears: "Not enough licenses available".

In UCServer admin under the item "Online licenses" the number of users and lines is displayed correctly, but in the column "Used" there is 0.

Solution/procedure

In UCServer admin, log out of UCConnect once and log in again.

After that, it should be possible to log in the clients again.

With ProCall version 8.1.1.7387, which has been available since 25/4/2023, this problem has been fixed.
