Change attributes in the template general.xml

Please change the following attributes in the Config folder in the installation directory of the UCServer (C:\Program Files (x86)\ESTOS\UCServer\config) in the template "general.xml":

Replace >1< with >0< and >2< with >10<.

Then please save the modified template.
