When starting ProCall or when accessing Microsoft Outlook via the MAPI interface for the first time, a Microsoft Window login window opens.
This may be because old Microsoft Outlook credentials exist in the Windows system. This could cause this login window to open again and again.
Please note that this is not a ProCall error.
Remove old credentials
The information should be removed here: Control Panel\All Control Panel Elements\Logon Information Management
Please contact your administrator for this so that no false credentials are deleted.
Re-enter login data
Afterwards, this login window appears once more, if the correct login data is entered now, it should not appear again.
