Observation

The ProCall client crashes during MakeCall and other actions.

Possible cause

Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime Version 120.0.2210.61

Checking possible causes

You can check whether the ProCall client is using this version under "About ProCall ..." in the "Expert view>>".

Solution/Procedure

As far as we know, Microsoft has already started rolling out version 120.0.2210.77.

RepairInstall – Manually update to new runtime version

Sie müssen aber nicht unbedingt auf das automatische Rollout warten, die neue Version kann auch manuell getriggert werden:

You can do this in the "Installed Apps" via "Modify" with a "Repair-Install".
The new version is then installed, even if the UI does not update itself.

After the repair installation, the new version is installed (reopen the UI if necessary):
