estos ProCall Analytics up to and including version 3.0.2.4107 does not support the connection to Microsoft SQL Server version 2022 or newer Microsoft SQL Server versions.

Supported telephone systems
Systems that are connected via estos ECSTA are supported. With other systems, problems with group calls may occur in particular. Exception: ECSTA for SIP phones.
Systems that are connected for SIP softphone functionality are supported. Technical restrictions may also exist here for the evaluation of group calls or forwarded calls, which depend on the correct signalling by the telephone system and its configuration.
