Initial situation
Customers who are entitled to direct technical support from the manufacturer (e.g. estos Customer Care, SLA), see https://support.estos.de/en/support/estos-customer-care-ecc, will receive the access data for the ticket system and PIN for the telephone service number on request.
After the purchase of estos Customer Care and SLA
If estos Customer Care and SLA have been purchased, the access data to the estos ticket system and telephone service number must be requested by the estos partner via a support ticket with further information.

As an end customer, please contact the estos partner through whom you purchased the estos Customer Care or SLA.

As an estos partner, please create a ticket (https://support.estos.de) with all information about the persons at the end customer company who should have access to the estos ticket system and telephone service number.
The following information is mandatory:
- Company, address
- Title, first name, last name
- E-mail address
- Personal telephone number
Access data is sent to the end customer when the support ticket is processed.
