As a Unified Communications as a Service solution, ProCall NEX offers companies with distributed locations as well as companies with mobile employees or flexible working models or remote working the opportunity to simplify and improve internal and external communication and collaboration.
The advantages of ProCall NEX

- STARFACE Connect telephone connection with pay-per-use from 0.9 Ct/min. or free choice of SIP trunk provider according to www.siptrunk.de
From Professional tariff additionally
- Use on the go with the mobile app (iOS & Android) with synchronized call lists
- Video conferences & online meetings with up to 50 participants
- Further business process integrations such as customer data via MetaDirectory and Microsoft Teams
The National Flat is included in the Professional Flat and Enterprise tariffs - in addition to the other tariffs, calls to German landline and mobile networks are included.
Start test now
The preview phase of ProCall NEX starts immediately with an extensive test option. During the free trial period of 30 days, up to 10 users can use 500 free minutes for calls to German fixed and mobile networks when using the STARFACE Connect SIP trunk.

Known problems and restrictions
- It is currently not possible to apply for test licenses via the UCConnect portal. In this case, please get in touch with our sales team or your direct contact at estos. SOLVED (12.11.2024)
- The connection via the ProCall NEX Server Administration can only be established if the "Remember password" checkbox is ticked.
- The mobile apps with Entra ID or OAuth2 authentication have not yet been released and are currently in the beta channels for iOS and Android.
