What do I need to consider during setup/configuration if I want to use ProCall Voice Services and the ProCall mobile apps?

ProCall Voice Services - the Cloud PBX from estos – and the ProCall mobile app – for smartphones (iOS and Android) – are both add-ons to ProCall Enterprise.

If everything is already set up to use ProCall Mobile, ProCall Voice Services are also available in the ProCall mobile app.
Alternatively:
To be able to use both services in combination, both services must be provided accordingly.

Depending on the type of use, this requires, among other things, an internet connection between UCServer and UCConnect.

UCConnect portal

In UCConnect, corresponding tabs are available for licensing:

  • ProCall Voice Services for the cloud PBX
  • ProCall mobility services for the mobile apps
    (optional, only necessary if the ProCall mobile app is to be used via UCConnect)
