This article explains how to make ProCall Client startup dependent on an activated UCServer user account.
In case ProCall should not be made available to all users of a computer (typically in terminal server or Citrix environments), then the startup behavior can be influenced by means of the following registry key:
- Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ESTOS\UCServer4\CtiMain
- Name: ShutDownByMissingServerUser
- Type: REG_DWORD
- Value: 1
- Infos: 0=Inactive (default) | 1=Active
