April 2020. For ProCall Enterprise 7.x and 8.x

Optimal settings for audio/video functions and softphones in ProCall Enterprise for Citrix environments: the following information uses available sources to compile the most important guidelines for orientation and testing in existing infrastructures.

Audio/Video data stream

  • The audio data stream (UDP Opus or G.711a DTLS/SRTP) between the WebRTC stack of ProCall Client and UC Media Server is routed through the Citrix server.
  • The audio/video functions of the generic Citrix base technology are used, so optimization can only be done using Citrix policy settings and Citrix HDX technology.
