Observation
The connection to the telephone system is OK, but no lines are displayed in the ECSTA settings after the lines have been read.
Possible reason
There are not enough "CTILINK-PRO" licenses available in the Avaya IP Office.
This could be the case if several plants are connected to each other.
Solution
Enter the appropriate licenses into the PBX according to Avaya's licensing requirements.
Discuss this with your PBX supervisor if necessary.
