Configure ringing strategy for ProCall Voice Services

In ProCall Voice Services, you have the option of setting up a ringing strategy to define how a call to a group ("collective call") should be handled.
No call to the group is lost - parallel or sequential
Parallel
Incoming calls to a defined group are indicated by parallel ringing for all registered group members at the same time. Each subscriber can simply answer the call.
Sequential
Alternatively, you can set up sequential ringing. The incoming call is always delivered to the first group member. If the call is not answered after 15 seconds, the second group member receives the call and so on.
Set up the bell strategy in the UCServer administration
In the group settings, you can define the group number under Voice Services group settings and then select the desired strategy under Ringing strategy: parallel or sequential.

You can add or remove group members here and define the order of the group members for the ringing strategy.

You can change the order of the group members using the "Arrow up" or "Arrow down" buttons.
