To create a meaningful log file:

UCServer Administration

Menu item General/Events

Set the log level under General/Events.

For LiveChat clients, the configuration must be adjusted (see Logging).

To access the log outputs of the clients, press F12 in the browser and switch to the console.

The log file can also be downloaded in the About dialog. In the agent client, the dialog is located in the lower-left corner of the main menu, with the widget, Multimedia Business Card and Portal in the upper right corner of the three-point menu.
