The objective is to simplify business processes by linking applications without having to change them. The requirements for integration are as individual as the implementation of solutions using CRM/ERP systems along with processes for companies. In this respect, there is no (blanket) integration of a CRM system XY into our products!
We evaluate the desire for integration based on four levels:
Level 1 | A telephone call is triggered from a third-party application. A dial button is available.
Level 2 | A phone number resolution and a contact search should be possible using the data from the third-party application.
Level 3 | A form in the third-party application is to be opened using the call data and/or the data from the third-party application (parameterized call of a program or URL).
Level 4 | A mask is opened and, if necessary, filled using the call data and/or the data from the third-party application. (Interaction via an interface, programming required). |
|
These four stages are not to be seen as rigid and all-encompassing. If, for example, a dialing function is desired in stage 1 and neither the support of Microsoft TAPI nor by the phone handler in the third-party application is given, integration with our SDK might be possible under certain circumstances.
