An in-place upgrade from estos ProCall Business to estos ProCall Enterprise is not possible.
The two product lines are separate and a direct upgrade between them is not possible.
When switching from ProCall Business to ProCall Enterprise, a new installation of ProCall Enterprise and a reconfiguration are required.
