Replication of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central not possible

Observation

Using the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Replicator to replicate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central does not work.

Background

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (formerly Dynamics CRM)
   This is the Enterprise CRM system from Microsoft with the core modules Sales, Marketing, Service, Project Planning, Field Service and HR.
2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
   This is the small ERP system from Microsoft with the core modules finance and operations.
3. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (formerly Microsoft Dynamics Axapta or Microsoft Dynamics AX or also known as DAX for short) This is Microsoft's largest ERP system with the core modules finance and operations.
4. There are several other products in the Dynamics family worldwide, but they are hardly relevant in Germany or in general.

At the end of 2016, the family name was changed to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The MetaDirectory officially only supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement, not Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Neither the Microsoft Dynamics 365 nor the old Microsoft Dynamics NAV replicator can be used for this due to interface changes!
