When using ProCall Mobile for iOS, no acoustic signaling appears for incoming calls on the softphone line and the native telephony app (CallKit) does not open. In some cases, the ProCall app crashes.
ProCall Mobile Apps for iOS from version 7.0.1 in combination with UCServer version 220.127.116.1182 or older are affected by the error.
Changes to the way push notifications work can lead to the error pattern described above. It is strongly recommended to use a ProCall Enterprise version 18.104.22.16872 or higher in a softphone environment.
Update the UCServer to version 22.214.171.12472 or later. You can find the latest ProCall version in our download area.
