Delayed audio throughput – new values since ProCall 7 Enterprise 7.2

PROCALL ENTERPRISE SOFTPHONE AUDIO CONFIGURATION  ERROR ANALYSIS TROUBLESHOOTING 

In the case while telephone calls

  • the audio feed-through is significantly delayed after a connection is established 
  • despite successful connection establishment, the bidirectional voice can only be heard a few seconds later
  • the first 2–3 seconds of the call are "missing"
  • otherwise  the connection is available in undisturbed quality

ProCall Enterprise log files in ZIP archive – how can I check if all log files are present?

Via the button Provide log files , the generated log files of the estos ProCall Enterprise server services are provided in a ZIP archive on the desktop. We have provided a list of log files in our new article for you: you can use this list of log files in this data archive to check whether all relevant data is available.


Connection instructions for innovaphone PBX – select UDP for SIP transport

PROCALL ENTERPRISE UCSERVER CONNECTION NOTE COMMISSIONING  SOFTPHONE TELEPHONE SYSTEM INNOVAPHONE PBX

When configuring softphone functions for innovaphone PBX please consider for SIP transport: UDP must be selected. 
The selection of this option is required for the connection of SIP users to this PBX, as developed, tested and released by estos.

End of Life (EOL) for ProCall 6 Enterprise is December 2022. 
Please note that with EOL of ProCall 6 Enterprise the mobile apps will no longer work on this version,
