If the user in ProCall is no longer logged on to the computer to which the TAPI line was assigned, the Remote Office function no longer works.

For incoming calls, the Remote Office function is still available even if the user has logged off the computer or the computer has been shut down.

Reason

The selected Remote Office number is removed for the TAPI line when the user logs off from this computer in ProCall or ProCall is terminated.

Solution

The user must be the unique and permanent owner of the TAPI line.

Limitation

The Remote Office function is not suitable for alternating workstations.
