Observation

After starting or clicking on the ProCall icon, the program (main window) or the ProCall monitor does not appear.

Possible reasons

Changing monitors and/or resolutions will save the last position of the windows outside the visible area and restore it when opening the program windows.

Solution

The following solution is known to us:

  1. Exit the ProCall Windows client.
  2. Delete the entire HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ESTOS\UCServer4\CtiMain\GUI\MainWindow entry in the Windows Registry Editor.

    Administrator permissions are required.

  3. Restart the ProCall client for Windows. 

The ProCall monitor does not appear

The following solution is known to us:

  1. Exit the ProCall Windows client.
  2. Delete the variable HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ESTOS\UCServer4\CtiMain\GUI\MonitorBarState\State in the Windows Registry Editor.

    Administrator permissions are required

  3. Restart the ProCall client for Windows.
