Lines do not have to be transferred manually to the MultiLine TSP individually. You can have the lines transferred automatically and read out dynamically.
Dynamic line transfer to the MultiLine TSP
Requirements
Sufficient licenses in UCServer and possibly ECSTA
Activated lines in UCServer
In the MultiLine TSP the line is added as an asterisk <*>
The MultiLine TSP works only with TAPI lines and not with softphone lines.
Procedure
Add the line with the asterisk <*> in the MultiLine TAPI driver configuration.
Result
All lines activated in UCServer are automatically/dynamically transferred to the MultiLine TSP.
Whether the lines work on the target system, you can test with the TAPI Test Tool ePhone.exe
